Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a skilled

**What You’ll Do**:

- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices for warehouse stock purchases.
- Assist Receiving Analysts with returns and other tasks, as needed.
- Process vendor invoices for approval through the IAS system.
- Work with internal Team Members, other departments, and Suppliers to resolve discrepancies for full payments.
- Various administrative and departmental duties.
- Cross train with Accounts Payable Clerks.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Two to three years’ experience within an Accounts Payable role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using Oracle would be an asset.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
