**ABOUT US**:
The Tremendis Group of Companies has several brands representing distinct business units including DMark Biosciences, Actus (formerly DMPG), and Jaf Tea.
Our dynamic team continues to play a critical role in COVID-19 testing and cancer diagnostics, as well as providing much needed support for the foodservice, agriculture, logistics, life science, and healthcare industries.
Tremendis is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our Customer Service team in a full-time role.
**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
The Customer Service Representative's (CSR) focus shall be to act as an interface between the customers, global suppliers, sales team, and operations support, with the objective to increase sales bookings and market share of our products. You will be the primary point of contact for customer purchasing agents. The goal is to maintain positive interactions with our customers and find ways to meet their needs.
This role reports to the Operations Supervisor.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support _two_ Tremendis Corp subsidiary companies: DMark Bioscience and Actus Supply
- Support customers as they purchase various commodities from an extensive line of instruments and consumables (for life sciences), and rubber bands, mailers, gloves, and more (for Actus Supply)
- Ensure lines of communication are open and clear with sales representatives
- Liaise with warehouse staff and sales reps when needed to ensure order fulfillment and on-time delivery
- Update customers on any delays or pending back orders
- Assist fellow CSRs to alleviate and/or help with day-to-day issues that may arise
- CSRs will be cross-trained to assist with filing, invoicing, and accounts receivable. You may also be required to perform light shipping duties as/when necessary
**MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT**:
- High School Equivalency. College or University degrees would be an asset
**MINIMUM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE**:
- Three or more years of Customer Service
- General Accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
**OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Easily approachable
- Willing to help when needed
- Able to work efficiently as a team and independently, as needed
- NetSuite or other ERP experience is a bonus
**MINIMUM ADDITIONAL TRAINING**:
- Inventory Management
- Purchase Orders
- Order Entry
