Olympic Tool & Die Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company to greater heights. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing finances, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, sales, and marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure the financial health of the company
- Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Build and manage a high-performing team of professionals, including engineers, technicians, salespeople, and administrative staff
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, products, and services to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's revenue and market share
- Represent the company in public events and engage with industry organizations to promote the company's interests

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in tool and die manufacturing, with hands-on experience in design, development, and production
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B business development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Strong ethics and a commitment to conducting business with integrity and transparency

Salary and Benefits:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position at Olympic Tool & Die Inc. comes with a salary of $120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.

**Salary**: $58.00-$62.00 per hour
