We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our close-knit team and play a pivotal role in securing financial support and investment opportunities for our continued growth. Your duties will include:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to raise capital and secure financial support for the company.
- Identify and liaise with potential investors, building and maintaining strong relationships to attract investment opportunities.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Assist in creating a comprehensive pitch deck and other marketing materials to attract potential investors.
- Provide expertise in legal accounting and experience with financial systems to raise capital for upcoming projects.
- Prepare cloud-based financial accounts to streamline the capital-raising process.
- Collaborate with the owner in acquiring agents to raise capital, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to raise capital and secure financial support for the company.
- Identify and liaise with potential investors, building and maintaining strong relationships to attract investment opportunities.
- Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles within a small business environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive financial initiatives.
- Proven track record of successful financial management within a small business context.

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
