Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the FSR will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment - **CT**, **X-ray**, and **Ultrasound** for clients primarily in the **Greater Vancouver Area** and other locations as needed.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications,
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment Always adhere to quality standards,
- Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports.

**,Position Requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer,
- Must have very strong knowledge of CT and X-Ray,
- Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills,
- Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical engineering technology,
- Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills,
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills,
- Must be team-oriented,
- Must be able to travel internationally for training,
- Must have a valid driver’s license,
- Ability to be on-call,
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours,
- Adheres at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.
