FS PARTNERS is a retail division of GROWMARK, Inc. serving local producers across central and southern Ontario. We provide leading-edge agronomic products & solutions, and precision ag services delivered by a skilled team of professionals.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Operations Supervisor to provide supervision, training, and leadership of Operations staff at the Drayton location.

Responsibilities include: assisting and overseeing shipping and receiving of products and services, arranges work schedules, and determines production and delivery priorities based on the orders received and on a least cost basis.

Responsible for ensuring full utilization of assets, proper cleanliness practices are being followed, and the overall appearance of the premises is maintained in a professional and organized manner to promote and enhance the image of the Company.

Responsible for overseeing maintenance and safe operation of equipment and assets related to the location. In addition, ensuring the repairs of facilities and equipment are carried out on a least cost basis using preventative maintenance and proper operating procedures.

May be required to load and unload containers, pallets, or materials and products safely on trucks, trailers by hand or by forklift truck. May be required to drive and operate plant equipment and machinery safely.

Ensures all associated documentation including bills of ladings and shipping tickets are accurate and completed. Ensures that product in storage meets quality standards and is stored and handled in a safe and organized manner.

Hours of work and environment will vary since it involves outdoor yard work throughout our busy season from April to August.

**Experience**:

- agricultural: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G driver's license (preferred)
