**Customer Service Representative**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase orders and provide regular updates to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and shipments.
- Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Handle customer concerns and questions professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain and grow a prospective customer database.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Manage inventory and coordinate product transfers.
- Enhance the overall customer experience through proactive support.
- Communicate professionally across all channels.
- Perform additional duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn our business systems, including SAP, inventory management, and order processing.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resourceful, with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated professional integrity and strong work ethic.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
- Post-secondary education.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
