Artisan Plumbing & Heating has been in business for 32 years with a solid customer base. We service the lower mainland for plumbing, heating and emergency services. We are looking to expand our team with a customer service representative.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent positive customer service attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Speak English fluently.
- Strong computer skills and typing speed.
- Highly organized with great follow-through abilities.
- Team player who can also work well independently.
- Call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge and/or previous customer service experience in the construction, plumbing and HVAC industry a strong asset.

**DUTIES**:

- Answer calls and handle customer inquiries.
- Provide customers with knowledge of all our services.
- Perform all duties with a high level of attention to detail.
- Assisting project managers with administrative duties
- Booking and scheduling appointments
