**The Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Daily Pricing:_**
Reviewing surveys sent by stations to our pricing system. This action includes reviewing prices submitted, the price tactic for the site, the current fuel margin, and ensuring that the pricing respect any regulatory process and the ability to question any out of market prices. Respond to all request from internal teams and external business partners.

**_ Customer Service - Calls:_**
Receiving incoming calls and placing outgoing calls. This action includes calls from TM as well as calls from sites regarding pricing, system issues, verifying accuracy of price surveys, etc.

**_ Customer Service - Shared Mailbox:_**
Reviewing the multiple request that are submitted to our shared mailbox, forward any that are actioned by other member of the team and action those where pricing is involved. Requests can vary from sites closures/openings, incorrect pricing, system malfunction, issues with our mobile app, running out of fuel, etc.

**_ Daily Pricing - Reset Pricing:_**

**_ Back up duties_**
Regulated pricing, managing different reports, site closures/openings, site survey compliance etc. When vacation needs arise, getting training and be a back up to the Price Coordinators.
**Education**:
College diploma or equivalent

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and group communication
- Computer software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Tableau)
- Highly adaptable to changing environment
- Bilingualism is a must
- Analytical experience an asset
- Customer Service experience an asset

Recevoir les appels et effectuer les appels externes. Cette action inclut les appels des TMs ainsi que les appels des sites concernant la tarification, les problèmes de système, la vérification de l'exactitude des enquêtes de prix, etc.

**_ Service clientèle - Mailbox partagée :_**

**_ Tarification quotidienne - Prix de réinitialisation :_**

**_ Tâches de support :_**
Tarification réglementée, gestion de différents rapports, fermetures/ouvertures de sites, conformité des enquêtes sur les sites, etc. En cas de besoin de vacances, dispenser une formation et servir de support aux coordinateurs de prix.

**Formation**:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Attention aux détails
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à communiquer au sein d'un groupe
- Compétences en informatique (Excel, Word, Outlook, Tableau)
- Forte capacité d'adaptation à un environnement changeant
- Bilinguisme requis (français/anglais)
