We are looking for Sales Associates who are team players and excel in customer service, strive to achieve goals and contribute to the overall success of our store.

The Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets, team development, store visual display and the daily operational tasks for their store location. Reporting to the Retail District Manager and the General Manager, the Retail Store Supervisor will account for all outlined objectives and consistently represent the Hill’s Dry Goods and Blue Ruby brand in all aspects of job responsibilities and performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Increased Store Sales and Statistics
- Staff Supervision and Motivation
- Merchandising and Display
- Daily tasks and Job Responsibilities

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6H 3J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
