We operate both an **in-store and online sales platform**, providing a seamless experience for our customers through **e-commerce, delivery services, and innovative retail operations**.

**Role Summary**:
The **Retail & Online Sales Store Manager** is responsible for **streamlining store operations, optimizing inventory processes, and growing both in-store and online sales**. This role requires a **data-driven approach** to **inventory control, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency**. You will leverage **technology and analytics** to **reduce stock inefficiencies, improve margins, and enhance the customer experience**.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in **analyzing numbers, fine-tuning inventory strategies, and implementing scalable operational processes** while also leading a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities:Operations & Team Leadership**
- Oversee **daily store operations**, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of retail associates, ensuring high performance.
- Develop and enforce **operational procedures, SOPs, and training manuals** to improve store efficiency.
- Optimize scheduling and payroll to balance **labor efficiency and operational needs**.
- Ensure **full compliance with BC liquor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies**.

**Data-Driven Inventory & Supply Chain Management**
- Manage **real-time inventory tracking**, ensuring accurate stock levels both in-store and online.
- Analyze **sales data, turnover rates, and seasonal trends** to make **informed purchasing decisions**.
- Reduce overstock, prevent stockouts, and improve inventory turnover using **data-driven forecasting tools**.
- Implement **automated and system-based inventory control methods** to minimize shrinkage and optimize reordering.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to **negotiate optimal pricing, monitor supply chain performance, and introduce new high-performing products**.

**E-Commerce & Multi-Channel Sales Optimization**
- Oversee **online order fulfillment**, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain **e-commerce platforms (Square, Shopify, Uber Direct, etc.)**, ensuring pricing, product listings, and stock levels are properly updated.
- Use **sales analytics to monitor online performance**, adjust pricing strategies, and improve conversion rates.
- Identify **growth opportunities in third-party sales channels, direct-to-consumer sales, and emerging e-commerce trends**.

**Performance Analytics & Reporting**
- Regularly track and analyze **KPIs (sales, margins, inventory turnover, labor costs, and customer trends)**.
- Develop **weekly and monthly reports** to provide data-backed recommendations for business improvements.
- Implement **business intelligence tools** to monitor store and online sales performance in real time.
- Adjust pricing, promotions, and product mix based on data insights to maximize profitability.

**Customer Engagement & Sales Growth**
- Develop and execute **in-store and online sales strategies** to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure **high standards of customer service**, both in-store and through online channels.
- Organize **tastings, events, and promotions** to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor customer purchasing trends and adjust product selection accordingly.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
**5+ years** of experience in **retail management, operations, or e-commerce** (preferably in liquor, CPG, or specialty retail).
Strong knowledge of **inventory management systems, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making**.
Hands-on experience with **POS systems (e.g., Profitek, Square) and inventory management software**.
Experience with **e-commerce platforms and third-party delivery integrations (Uber Direct, Shopify, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, etc.)**.
Proven ability to analyze **sales data, forecast demand, and implement strategic inventory adjustments**.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
Understanding of **liquor retail regulations in BC** and the ability to ensure full compliance.
Must be **19+ years old** and have or be willing to obtain **Serving It Right certification**.

**Preferred**:
➕ Experience in **multi-location retail management** or **scaling e-commerce operations**.
➕ Working knowledge of **Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools**.
➕ WSET or liquor industry-related certifications are a plus.
