Today, the company has successfully transitioned into a staffing agency, providing temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire staffing services to businesses of all sizes. We have a team of dedicated recruiters who work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:

- with atleast 1 year experience in this field
- Full time
- Monday-Friday
- Weekend if needed
- amenable and accessible to work in Etobicoke, ON
- with driver's license is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in business development and telemarketing is a plus**Responsibilities**:_
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
