Our client, a is a leading global real estate investment and asset management firm, is seeking a Project Manager who will lead IT projects from inception to completion, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives. The role involves developing detailed project plans, encompassing scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation. This pivotal role involves designing a cohesive technology architecture, understanding stakeholder requirements, and integrating various technological elements to address business challenges effectively. Reporting to the Vice President, Information Technology & Cyber Security, the project manager will ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of projects within the organization.
- **This role requires the individual to be in the office 5 days per week (onsite position).**_

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Execution**: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- **Scope and Goal Definition**: Clearly define project scope, set achievable goals, and establish deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- **Timeline and Milestone Management**: Create and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans, as necessary.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking. Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor project deliverables to meet the organization's quality standards and project specifications.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and manage any issues that arise.
- **Reporting**: Provide comprehensive progress reports and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- **Certification**: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- **Experience**: 10 + years in a project management role. Proven track record in IT project management, with experience in managing projects in a similar industry or domain.
