Renewal by Andersen of Toronto is an independent retailer with the exclusive rights to sell Renewal by Andersen products within a certain territory.
Drawing on the Andersen tradition of over 100 years of quality, innovation and craftsmanship, Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation. We then custom-make beautiful, energy-efficient composite windows and professionally install them for optimal performance.
The Installation Project Manager is a full-time position responsible for the project from post-sale through window installation or service completion. They are the main point of contact for the install crew throughout the project and will communicate with the customer as needed to ensure they are satisfied. As the main point of contact, all customer and crew questions will be filtered through them with the exception of install scheduling. The scheduler will contact the customer directly to schedule the install and inform the IPM of the status.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
- Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations, adapts production specifications to the installation requirements, utilizing a thorough knowledge of Renewal Products
- Confirms details within the sales contract to assure customer expectations are in alignment with product features and options and installation process
- Provides feedback to design consultants when a job goes on hold, works with them to resolve questions in a quick and efficient manner.
- Determines installation labor duration and installation materials needed to successfully complete the job.
- Completes and submits required job files that are complete, correct and timely providing a quality hand off to ordering team.
- Communicates with Installation crew on specifics for the jobs, providing advanced notice of unique factors the crew will need to be aware of with the job.
- Approves any additional installation labor required to complete the job
- Trouble shoots issues with installation crew on day of installation; this may include onsite support to the job.
- Attend installation sites and evaluate crew performance, job status and customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with Homeowners to resolve installation process issues.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of experience in residential construction
- 3+ years of experience in project management on the field with subcontractors
- 10+ years of experience in window installation, window project management or window service
- Independently manage, negotiate and evaluate contractors in the field
- Ability to lead, develop, train, and directly supervise field crew
- Customer focus, experience and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer service
- Ability to resolve dispute or payment issue with impeccable professionalism
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments
- Must have basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Project
- Good character on professional appearance, excellent oral and written communication, team player, strong work ethic
- Licensed Canada Driver and access to a reliable insured vehicle

**PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Knowledge or experience in the construction industry
- Window and Door installation/measuring experience

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- $100,000/Annually (Bonus Opportunity)
