Position: On-Call Process Server

**Responsibilities**:

- Locate respondents efficiently and effectively.
- Serve court materials in a timely manner.
- Complete Affidavit of Service accurately and promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability for on-call work with flexible hours.
- Must have a colour printer for necessary document printing.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone for communication and documentation purposes.
- Must be located in Lethbridge, AB or surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in process serving or a related field.
- Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
