**Job Overview**

As a **Customer Service**at **LaMochi**, you will be the face of our vibrant pastry shop, known for our hand-crafted mochi doughnuts. We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as we expand our presence at both Sky City Shopping Centre and a new location at Majestic City Shopping Centre Plaza.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and follow recipes for doughnut dipping sauces, mix and fry doughnuts, and decorate them with precision.
- Prepare beverages such as bubble tea, coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Process payments accurately using cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and replenishing stock supplies.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including prepping, cleaning, and securing the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, kitchen, and dining area.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and ensure all food handling processes are followed.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior food service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality food and service.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**:

- Full
- time, in-person: Work 40 hours per week.
- Part-time, in-person: Work 10-30 hours per week.
