**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Branch Administrator to join our Leavitt Cranes team in Abbotsford The successful incumbent will be the point person for all incoming calls and foot traffic. Other duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Answering the telephone, providing information to callers, and transferring to the appropriate recipient
- Direct walk in traffic for people in the branch
- Coordinate shipments, interoffice mail, and other shipping and receiving items for branch
- Communicate directly with the appropriate department on receipt, or delivery of items above
- Administrative functions within SILK and CRM as they pertain to specific departmental assistance
- Coordinate social media postings with Sales Management
- Safety administration, data entry for Equipdata, Safety Document filing and BisTrainer records
- Order and track all office supply orders, marketing items and vendor servicing of the branch
- Create the asset shared files on the server system, and e-filing and paper filing of hard copies
- Collecting and distributing the post office mail for the assigned branch
- Additional duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**:
Education

**Required**

High School Diploma or better.

**Preferred**

Diploma in data entry management systems or one year of experience in administration management.
