The Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan is seeking an exceptional **Vice President of Development** to lead our province-wide fundraising strategy and guide a dedicated team committed to enhancing cancer care for patients and families across Saskatchewan.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will shape the Foundation’s revenue strategy, oversee all development programs, and act as a key ambassador in the community. This role will also serve as the CEO’s second-in-command for fundraising and strategic initiatives.

**What You Will Lead**
- A multi-million-dollar fundraising program including major gifts, campaigns, annual giving, planned giving, and monthly giving.
- A high-performing development team, driving growth, accountability, and a culture of philanthropy.
- Relationship-building with top donors, healthcare partners, and community leaders.
- Development of compelling cases for support and donor engagement strategies.
- Execution of campaigns that expand access to cancer care throughout Saskatchewan.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- An experienced fundraising executive with **10+ years of senior-level development leadership**, major gift success, and campaign experience.
- A relationship-focused strategist who can lead with vision, inspire teams, and build meaningful partnerships.
- Someone who thrives on growth, innovation, and advancing a mission that deeply impacts people across the province.
- A collaborative, credible community leader who brings executive presence and strong judgment.

**Other Important Notes**

This position is located in Saskatoon, based out of the University Heights office.
