Accounting and Bookkeeping Clerk

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee compensation.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in financial reporting.
- Support budgeting processes by providing necessary data and insights to assist in financial planning.
- Maintain organized financial documents and records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting-related inquiries or issues.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
