**level 3 Childcare Supervisor**

**Duties**:

- Work directly with Children in Ratio
- Develop/implement themed weekly activities for children preschool age
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Early Learning and Child Care Act and Regulations
- Foster positive relationships with the children and parents of the center.

Qualifications:

- Level 3 Early Childcare certifcation
- work experience in childcare
- organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of individuals, including children, parents, & staff.
- Ideas, imagination, and experience creating activities for children and in a lead role with staff
- Knowledge of current regulations and best practices that meet the expectations of Alberta childcare Licensing and adhere to the Early Learning and Child Care Act.

**Summary**

As a Level 3 Childcare Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and development of children in a nurturing environment. Reporting to the Childcare Director, your role will focus on utilizing your core skills in caregiving and experience with children, while also leveraging your premium skills in early childhood education and teaching. You will manage classroom activities, support children with disabilities, and ensure effective time management to create a structured and engaging atmosphere.
