**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Development**: Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to the construction industry, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Portfolio Management**: Curate and maintain a comprehensive portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, case studies, and client testimonials within the construction industry.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth within the construction sector.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as a liaison between Brand Guruz and its construction industry clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, preferably within the construction industry or related B2B/B2C sectors. - **Portfolio Required -**:
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns targeting both business and consumer audiences.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
**Preferred Skills**
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including familiarity with products such as hardware, doors, handles, hinges, glazing, and related services.
- **Certifications**: Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) are advantageous.
- **Portfolio**: A robust portfolio demonstrating previous work and successes in digital marketing campaigns, particularly within the construction or similar industries.
- **CRM Experience**: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel) to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
