**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to Validation Manager, the Validation Specialist is responsible for researching, gathering, and validating qualified information for customers purchasing and managing SSL certificates products with the purpose of ensuring adherence to Sectigo’s strict validation policies and procedures.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for researching, gathering, and verifying the accuracy of the information collected for new Sectigo orders, Sectigo Certificate Manager requests, and renewals through Qualified Independent Information Sources (QIIS) and Qualified Government Information Sources (QGIS)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and set proper expectations
- Independently research to solve customer issues and escalate cases when appropriate.
- Assist Sales and Partners with enquiries and/or customer issues
- Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelors or college degree in business and/or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of customer support / help desk experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills, with strong attention to details is a must
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes
- Experience with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work shift work Monday through Friday including holidays or as assigned
- Languages: Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
- Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, Korean, or French are considered strong assets
