**Position Overview**:

- Conduct In-home consultations with potential customers to educate them about the benefits of going solar and the options available.
- Conduct lead generation activities through various avenues including; residential marketing (door-to-door), cold calling, trade shows, and referrals.
- Ensure client data and relevant sales information is accurately created and stored using our CRM
- Close deals and ensure a seamless transition to our project management team
- Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and KPI's

**Qualifications**:

- Student mentality, strong work ethic and ability to solve problems
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably B2C
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools preferred
- Leadership skills are an asset
