Outside Sales Rep

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and understand the competitive landscape.
- Present and demonstrate our technology products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize marketing tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.
- Local travel in range of 300kms at certain time is required

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or packaging sales is preferred.
- Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using digital media/ marketing tools & software for managing sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Background from any soft of packaging industry experience is added advantage

Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
