Working as a Sales Rep at Lenmark is a different experience from most companies. **First** of all, we are culture and productivity driven, meaning we work together to solve problems and make sales. **Second**, Sales Reps at Lenmark are commission based with no cap, allowing the work you put in to line your pockets. For some, the idea of commission can be frightening. However, we ensure that you have the proper training and support to succeed from day 1.

**Previous sales experience is not required but an asset. If you are someone who is eager to learn, grow and contribute at a high level we are willing to train you.**

Sales Duties: - Initiate, follow-up & close sales deals. Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain our strong brand in the industry

CRM Duties: - Prepare & detail leads, estimates & deals in our CRM.
- Enjoy sales and deal making
- Enjoy a fast-pace environment
- Be good at multitasking
- Have great customer service
- Ensure good communication
- Be a team player

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REGARDLESS OF INDUSTRY**

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$175,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leduc, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
