Job Overview

This position of Member Solutions Centre Representative will provide excellent service to our membership when answering all inbound and making outbound calls and through all electronic communications, in an efficient and effective manner.

A Member Solutions Centre Representative promotes additional services to our members and informs them of new services or campaigns that they might benefit from with every member contact.

Extended hours of service are required including evenings and Saturdays.

- Previous call centre or marketing experience will be an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent customer service
- Willingness to cooperate with and assist others.
- Teamwork and Co-operation are imperative to this role.

- Computer literate

**Salary**: $46,450.00-$51,600.00 per year
