**Customer Engagement Representative**

**Days and Hours**: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm in office.

**Duties**:
Respond to custom production enquiries with a relaxed yet professional communication style.
Liaise with our suppliers to obtain pricing for custom projects.
Quote to potential clients on their projects.

**What we're looking for**:
Proven ability to understand the big picture, while attending to the details to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. A sense of curiosity and a creative drive.

**Skills**:
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
High-level English communication skills - you spell 'honour' with a 'u' and you confidently correct spelling mistakes made by others
You clearly understand and can be clearly understood, using written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
Demonstrated ability to take direction
Some French language skills would be helpful

**Full-time hours**:37.5 per week with our team of 10 in the office in Esquimalt.

Pay: $20.75 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
