Building on an established reputation of success in Western Canada since 2008, Icon Agency will continue to deliver exceptional service into the Architectural, Design, Engineering, Mechanical Contracting, and Plumbing & Heating Wholesale segments of the plumbing industry in Alberta.

**About the Opportunity**

Icon Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Rep for the Southern Alberta region based in and primarily focused on Calgary. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, who will set out targets and strategies for the role in conjunction with Icon Agency’s Managing Director. The successful applicant will spend the majority of his/her time growing existing partnerships and creating new contacts at the Contractor, Wholesale, and Engineering level while pursuing new leads aggressively.

The successful applicant will have:

- A demonstrated ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to collaborate with external partners, but can also make independent decision that align with company objectives
- Proficiency building and growing business relationships
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience delivering presentations, in person selling, business negotiation
- Organizational excellence and the ability to prioritize tasks

Icon Agency strives to offer expertise to our clients and will provide training initially and on an ongoing basis, often directly with our manufacturer. The successful applicant will seek out growth opportunities and be self-motivated to always be learning.

Compensation for the role is in line with the industry standards; it combines a competitive base salary to be finalized based on experience, with bonus opportunity. The successful applicant will be allowed a monthly vehicle expense, gas allowance and other approved expenses. Icon Agency offers an extended health benefits program upon completion of a probationary period.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
