**Position Overview**
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative (Commercial) to lead our efforts in Calgary and Southern Alberta.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, general contractors, and masonry trades.
- Manage all stages of the sales process, from specification to delivery and closeout.
- Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and lunch-and-learns to promote product lines and educate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless logistics and project execution.
- Actively pursue new commercial opportunities to expand Cast Supply’s presence across the region.
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial project lifecycles and architectural specifications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some regional travel required).

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
