**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and installation of hardscape elements (e.g., pavers, stone, concrete, retaining walls).
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively.
- Follow layout plans and measurements with accuracy.
- Excavate, level, and compact work sites using appropriate tools or machinery.
- Mix and pour concrete or mortar as required.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.
- Work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

**Experience**
- Prior experience in landscaping or construction preferred, especially hardscaping.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with tools and materials used in hardscape construction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to read site plans or willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean drivers abstract is a MUST.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
