**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities for projects including decks, pools, retaining walls, shoreline enhancements, and docks.
- Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and power tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape construction, with a focus on decks, pools, retaining walls, shoreline work, and docks.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools specific to outdoor projects.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Certifications in First Aid, WHMIS, or other relevant safety training.
- Experience with shoreline construction techniques and environmental regulations.
- Driver's license and clean driving abstract is a MUST
**Application Process**:
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Landscape Construction: 3 years (required)
- Lead Hand: 2 years (required)
