I am looking for a functional Peoplesoft Analyst or PeopleSoft BA/PM who can help us set up the School of Medicine staff in Peoplesoft. See the Project Deliverables below...

- **Project Deliverables**:

- Define and document detailed requirements at all phases of work as outlined below including a traceability matrix to track the relationship between requirements,system design, test cases, and deliverables, ensuring comprehensive coverageand adherence to specifications.
- Continuously update and refine business requirements throughout project lifecycle for all new SoM phenotypes (approximately 6 new phenotypes) required to be set up in eHR - e.g. Clinical Faculty and potentially Residents if the decision is made to_**[pc] **_ include them in eHR.
- Working directly with the internal HR Technology team and Computing and Communications Services (CCS) to design the eHR solution to meet business requirements.
- Solution to account for all applicable HCM modules based on business requirements (e.g. Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labour, Absence Management)
- Solution to integrate with the existing configuration of eHR and must not introduce bugs or changes to existing functionality or processes unless explicitly approved by TMU.
- Employ a robust change management approach to assess and communicate impacts of change requests and obtain approvals on changes.
- Providing guidance and direction to internal teams on approach for making the eHR system updates.
- Developing a Testing framework, testing of the solution and providing direction tointernal resources to perform broader User Acceptance Testing of the solution.
- Knowledge transfer of final solution design to the HR Technology team.
