**Description**:

- Analyze business needs in relation to Human Resources clients' programs and service delivery requirements.
- Provide clients with business systems consulting expertise on the use of information technology, such as PeopleSoft, to meet business goals and objectives.
- Recommend systems development solutions and configuration which meet clients' needs.
- Provide technical expertise and advice in complex systems analysis and design.
- Provide leadership in the coordination and development of production support procedures.
- Provide support to current produciton Operational needs

**Experience and Skill Set Requirements**
- Knowledge of the business systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft, knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients' information technology requirements, experience of PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces incl. activating new Self Service features and enabling Mobile capability
- Able to design, develop, test and implement business solutions and knowledge of new PeopleSoft development, analysis and design techniques used throughout the system development lifecycle especially on Fluid user interfaces incl. activating new Self Service features
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: very good verbal communication skills to discuss system requirements with clients as well as technical requirements in clear non-technical terms. Written skills to prepare various reports, presentations, systems documentation and manuals, Inerpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and achieve business goals
- knowledge of project management methodologies and practices to lead change initiatives related to enterprise level HCM system changes and optimizations, knowledge of change management, including techniques, trends and resources management for an enterprise HCM system

**Must Haves**:

- Looking for a Systems Analyst with knowledge of the systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft, knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients' information technology requirements, experience of PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces incl. activating new Self Service features and enabling Mobile capability

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
