You will apprentice with our renowned Acquisitions team to learn the ins and outs of this challenging and constantly evolving business. **Responsibilities**:

- Appraising cards, collections, etc on behalf of Face to Face Games from customers at our Toronto retail location
- Purchasing and closing appraisals and buy orders
- Organizing, grading, and verifying incoming card shipments
- Buying cards at trade shows as an official Face to Face Games Show appraiser (Optional)
- Direct client-facing communication and sales transactions

Skills and Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Magic: the Gathering, and other TCG's singles
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge and Google Sheets
- Experience in buying/selling TCG singles is an asset
- Experience in retail customer service is an asset

Vous ferez votre apprentissage au sein de notre fameuse équipe Acquisition afin d'apprendre les tenants et aboutissants de cette activité complexe et en constante évolution. Responsabilités:

- Évaluer les cartes, les collections, etc. au nom de Jeux Face à Face auprès des clients de notre magasin de Toronto.
- Achat et finalisation des évaluations de collections et des commandes d'achat
- Organiser, évaluer l'état et vérifier les cartes achetées par Jeux Face à face.
- Acheter des cartes lors d'évènements en tant qu'acheteur officiel de Jeux Face à face (optionnel)
- Communication directe avec les clients et gestion des transactions d'achat en magasin

Compétences et qualifications:

- Connaissance de Magic : the Gathering et d'autres JCCs
- Souci du détail et sens aigu de l'organisation
- Connaissance pratique de Google Sheets
- Une expérience préalable dans l'achat et la vente de cartes à l'unité est un atout.
- Une expérience préalable dans le service à la clientèle est un atout.
