**About the Role**:
The key to success for this role is to set up our Appraisers for overall success. You will achieve this through proactive order management designed to reduce appraiser gross turnaround time, reduce unnecessary client contacts, and enhance our appraiser and client experience. As an Appraiser Success Specialist, you are driven by collective success and are naturally personable, professional, and helpful. You will work closely and build effective relationships with our Appraisal Firms, Appraisers, and Appraisal Services Team to minimize the delays on in-progress appraisals orders.

**You will add value by**:

- Complete necessary amount of outbound calls to obtain required information to reduce delay times.
- Proactively managing the lifecycle of in-progress orders by working closely with Appraisal firms and Appraisers on:

- Ensuring that accepted orders are completed within established service level agreements.
- Collaborating with the Appraisal firms to review priority delayed bulk orders, obtaining their commitment of appointment and report turnaround times.
- Obtaining all the necessary information Appraisers require to complete the order.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Appraisal firms and Appraisers, building RPS as a trusted brand and contributing to their overall success.
- Always looking for opportunities to improve Appraiser success.
- Other duties as assigned.

**About you**:You will have the following skills / knowledge and education / experience
- Fluently bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English is required
- Customer Obsessed - understand our appraisers and clients, anticipate and always strive to exceed the customers’ expectations

- Technology - knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel) and in
- house custom software.
- Education / Experience - High School or College or University; minimum of 1 - 3 years customer service experience in a similar environment.

**Other Information**:

- Hours: Full time maximum of 35 hours per week Contract Employment

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
