**Roles and responsibilities**
Delivery managers are responsible for leading a team that assists clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and products.
They work with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems, to develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives.
Oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with mínimal disruption.
Develop or supervise training programs to educate users, and also lead support and troubleshooting efforts.
You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and to scope, helping our clients transform their business through great digital solutions.
**Required Skills**:
8-10 years of agile delivery experience leading the implementation of projects and programmes Experience as an Agile lead with DevOps for senior management End-to-end experience of the delivery cycle from discovery through to deployment for large enterprise clients Experience and/or interest in digital technology, product development and system deployment Experience using Jira or similar platforms to manage projects Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Strong-minded, ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic team environment Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong communication and team-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of non-Agile methodologies Agile / Product certification, Project Management certification
