Responsibilities Coaches different levels of hierarchy through Agile principles and practices. Provides real‑time feedback to maintain delivery on track and address issues. Facilitates Agile events and processes, assisting teams with troubleshooting. Leads the implementation of the continuous delivery framework. Coordinates quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives. Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist). Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to lead quarterly planning cycles. Knowledge of Planview. Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong knowledge of financial services technology. Experience in multinational, complex matrix‑based organizations.
