**Who We Are**:
At Green FX Landscaping Inc., we take pride in delivering innovative, high-quality landscaping solutions. We continuously seek out the best tools, products, and methods to enhance sustainability and efficiency. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of teamwork, improvement, and enjoyment.

**Job Overview**:
Green FX Landscaping, a leading landscape service provider in New Tecumseth, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crew Leader to drive our commitment to professional landscape maintenance, and snow clearing with maximum efficiency and unwavering safety.

Are you a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual who values high-quality work? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment with clear expectations and established standards? If you are intense, energetic, and driven, seeking variety and a faster than average pace, we invite you to apply

As a GreenFX Crew Leader, your primary goal is to achieve exceptional landscape results while prioritizing safety. Your responsibilities encompass both strategic and tactical work:

- Collecting site data and reporting on work performed, equipment, and vehicle

conditions.
- Contributing to equipment management through research and recommendations.
- Training crew members for maximum efficiency and reporting on team dynamics.
- Operating vehicles and equipment including trucks, trailers, and Zero-Turn mowers.
- Performing a range of landscape tasks such as mowing, trimming, de-weeding, leaf collection, hard surface clearing, sod installation, and planting.
- Managing material handling and grading, as well as snow clearing and anti-icing.

At GreenFX, we uphold company-wide standards focused on safety, quality, efficiency, responsible equipment use, and professional communication. This includes adhering to work schedules (including demanding winter availability), dress code, and no-smoking/sobriety policies. Authoritative and quick decision-making within a defined span of control is crucial, alongside the ability to train others to make correct decisions. Communication is task-based and technically oriented. While collaboration is typically focused on specific tasks, your ability to work effectively within defined team roles is important. You will provide directive leadership to ensure quality standards are met, and while delegation may be infrequent, close follow-up is essential when required. We seek someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency, and ensures consistent achievement of quality standards. New ideas are welcomed and will be thoughtfully evaluated.
