**What You'll Tackle**:

- Oversee all Front and Back of House operations
- Ensure food quality, team accountability, and safety standards
- Control costs, drive revenue, and lead inventory and payroll management
- Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier team members
- Represent the brand with pride in a highly visible airport environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of General Manager-level experience in full-service dining (bar experience is a plus)
- Strong operational skills, financial acumen, and guest-first leadership
- Solid communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to pass a 5-year Transport Canada background check
