**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Current Criminal Record Check
2 years’ experience in a similar position preferred. May consider a combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Must have good working knowledge of software programs i.e. Excel and Word.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills both written and verbal and will have a good understanding of senior’s care
Graduation from grade 12 or equivalent

**Wage**: $19.04

**SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBLITIES**:
The Evening Concierge will undertake some receptionist and clerical duties, light housekeeping of common areas, complete routine rounds of the building (inside), respond to emergency/urgent calls from residents, answer phones.
