**About us**

Downtown high-end residential strata condominium is searching for a polished, professional, service-focused individual to join our team.

Our Concierge is expected to provide a stellar service experience to all residents and visitors of the building. As the primary contact and source of information, your passion for going above and beyond will shine with each interaction. Your ability to problem solve will flow with ease, and your warm smile will be welcoming.

**General duties will include**:

- providing outstanding friendly service to residents, visitors, trades, and dogs
- handling resident requests such as FOB orders, parking passes, move ins/outs, amenity reservations, and database updates
- regulating the flow of parcel delivery, including storage and distribution
- scheduling maintenance and repairs of the common areas on the property
- inspecting mechanical rooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. and following up on anything that requires attention in these areas
- maintaining basic safety and security protocols within the building, including monitoring of security cameras and patrolling common areas
- enforcing bylaws and following established protocols for non-compliance

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail
- Solid level of confidence and standard of judgement
- Concierge, customer service, or front desk experience
- Upbeat, positive, friendly demeanor
- Fluent in English

Note that the successful applicant must be available to work either an 8-hour or 4-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm, any day of the year, including weekends and holidays. Schedules are posted one month in advance to allow for planning.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
