**Lincoln Concierge**
- Lincoln Concierge is a hybrid role of providing world class service to our Lincoln owners through personal contact and connection and working with a team in a traditional auto sales/service environment. The individual that is most likely to find success in this role will have a high level of interpersonal skills be highly organized and have excellent communication skills_

**Principal Duties**:

- Pick up delivery of vehicles for all Lincoln and other applicable vehicles
- Interact with owners in a professional and respectful manner
- Follow up with Lincoln owners to ensure services have been provided
- Interact with Lincoln owners to maximize survey results
- Track all Lincoln loaner use for billing purposes
- Ensure all loaners are appropriately checked in and out.
- Daily inventory of loaners, lot and tags
- Identify aged parked vehicles.

**Position Requirements (minimum experience)**:

- Automotive Customer Service experience preferred;
- Intermediate computer skills required;
- Excellent phone manner required;
- Valid class 5 Driver’s License with contravention free driving abstract
- Comfortable driving customer and company vehicles daily and in all weather conditions
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
