**Position Overview**:
**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Process bookings, schedule shipments, and coordinate pick-up and delivery times.
- Provide accurate information on rates, routes, and service timelines.
- Track shipments and update customers on status changes or delays.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Support billing inquiries and payment processing when required.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent experience.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and French, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Sales experience with a knack for upselling products or services is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset).
- Previous experience in customer service (transportation or logistics industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Aperçu du poste**
Nous recherchons un(e) **représentant(e) du service à la clientèle** motivé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe de transport. La personne idéale sera le premier point de contact pour les clients, veillant à ce que leurs demandes, réservations et problèmes soient traités rapidement et professionnellement.
**Tâches**
- Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et clavardage de manière rapide et professionnelle.
- Fournir des informations exactes sur les produits et services afin d’aider efficacement les clients.
- Gérer les plaintes des clients et résoudre les problèmes avec empathie et efficacité.
- Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données afin de maintenir des dossiers clients et des détails de transaction exacts.
- Identifier les occasions de vente supplémentaire de produits ou services lors des interactions avec les clients.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe pour améliorer les processus de prestation de services et accroître la satisfaction des clients.
- Analyser les commentaires des clients afin d’identifier les tendances et les points à améliorer.
- Gérer les appels entrants et sortants, les courriels et les demandes par clavardage concernant les services de transport.
- Traiter les réservations, planifier les expéditions et coordonner les horaires de ramassage et de livraison.
- Fournir des renseignements précis sur les tarifs, les itinéraires et les délais de service.
- Suivre les expéditions et informer les clients des changements de statut ou des retards.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chauffeurs, les répartiteurs et les équipes opérationnelles pour assurer un service fluide.
- Maintenir des dossiers précis de toutes les interactions clients dans la base de données de l’entreprise.
- Soutenir les demandes liées à la facturation et au traitement des paiements, au besoin.
**Compétences**
- Solides compétences en service à la clientèle, axées sur l’offre d’une expérience exceptionnelle.
- Maîtrise de la saisie de données avec un grand souci du détail.
- La maîtrise de plusieurs langues, notamment l’anglais et le français, est fortement souhaitée.
