We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our TEAM We would like someone with 2 years of supervisor experience, and 4 years of food & beverage experience. This position is for our Seagull's Restaurant as well as some shifts in our Banquet Department when needed (**this position includes 5% of gross banquet gratuities**).

We are looking to hire a guest-oriented Manager to ensure that our F&B operations run smoothly. The Manager's responsibilities include scheduling, ordering product, human resources, overseeing the activities of front of house staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with employees. The Manager is also responsible for liquor cost and front of house labour cost.

Staff housing is only 1.5 kilometres drive from the resort, or a 10 - 15 minute walk taking a short-cut through our golf course. We have a small, close-knit community of about 50 employees that live in housing on the Island. If you like nature and the outdoors, this is a fantastic place to live **Our employees also get discounts on food at Seagull's, golf, and some sessions at our Salka Spa**
