Montana's Winnipeg is looking for a Restaurant Manager
Overview:
**Duties**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness.
- Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menu items and specials.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, including supervising staff and ensuring high-quality service.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in team management, training, and development.
