**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-up visits.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using Profile Intrahealth.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collect patient information and verify insurance details prior to appointments.
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and assisting with basic clinical tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
