**Responsibilities**:
- Assigns, instructs and directs tree trimmers and groundworkers.- Keeps informed of new equipment and specifications, standards, practices and operating procedures.- Trim and remove tree by climbing or by Aerial truck- Use appropriate tools for each task- Assumes responsibility for the inspection and proper working conditions of tools, trucks, and other work equipment.- Requests repair or replacement of equipment when necessary.- Enforces on-the-job safety practices.- Works around excessive noise from machines, chainsaws, woodchipper and must wear proper personal protective equipment.- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

**Requirements**:
- Valid Class 5 drivers license- Must be ISA certified Arborist- Enforces on-the-job safety practices.- Possesses the ability to lift move and maneuver up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis and up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.- Ability be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work tasks such as rain, heat, sun, cold, snow.- Additional relevant certifications preferred
