We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team in the Distance Education & Student Records department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the academic vision, planning, and strategic direction for the college's programs and courses.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement academic goals aligned with the institution’s mission and long-term strategic plan.
- Oversee academic policies, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation and best practices in curriculum design and instructional delivery.
- Develop, review, and update curriculum to meet industry standards, student needs, and regulatory expectations.
- Lead the assessment and evaluation of academic programs and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement.
- Work closely with faculty to enhance instructional methods, course content, and delivery formats.
- Manage faculty recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development programs.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment for faculty, students, and staff.
- Ensure student academic performance and achievement are tracked, analyzed, and addressed through targeted interventions.
- Oversee the scheduling of courses, ensuring optimal faculty allocation and student access to required classes.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to align programs with industry trends and job market demands.
- Monitor academic budgets, allocating resources effectively to meet program and department needs.
- Serve as a key representative of the college to external accrediting bodies, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Address and resolve student academic concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships to enhance academic opportunities for students and faculty.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Background in counseling, with a strong understanding of student support and academic guidance.
- Experience in academic leadership and curriculum development, preferably in a post-secondary setting.
- Proven ability to manage faculty, develop programs, and drive student success.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
