**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to the needs of children, particularly those with disabilities.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in early childhood education and caregiving techniques.
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs of children and recommend appropriate interventions or resources.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for parents, caregivers, and educators on topics related to child development and inclusive practices.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to ensure the successful implementation of strategies in classrooms or caregiving settings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, research, and regulations in early childhood education and special needs support.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in classroom settings, preferably within early childhood education.
- Strong background in working with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs.
- Experience in teaching or caregiving roles that involve direct interaction with children.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including educators, families, and community organizations.
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
