**This position is eligible to the Alberta Childcare Wage Top-up.**

**Duties**
- Provide on-site support and consultation to dayhome educators.
- Assist educators in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Alberta's regulations and standards for dayhomes.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of dayhome environments and practices.
- Offer guidance on child development, behavior management, and health and safety practices.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities and training for educators.
- Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with families and the community.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the quality of child care services provided.

**Skills**
- **Level 3 Certification in Early Childhood Education (required).**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dayhome agency, daycare or child care facility.
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (an advantage).
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Alberta's child care regulations and standards.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
